Varanga offers a 7-day replacement guarantee for personal care items found to be damaged or defective upon delivery. To initiate a replacement, please contact our support team with your order details and photographic evidence within seven days of receipt.

Returns of sealed products are accepted subject to strict pharmaceutical safety protocols. Once verified, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please ensure items are unused and in original packaging.
